Technical Requirements

kovaa requires iOS 17 or later and Apple Watch Series 4 or newer for full sync capabilities. Ensure Bluetooth, Motion & Fitness, and Health permissions are enabled for accurate data transfer.

  • Enable Motion & Fitness permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy.
  • Include device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce when reporting bugs.
  • For urgent account issues, email support@kovaasport.com.
