  • Health data from Apple Health/HealthKit (with your explicit permission)

With your permission, we may collect location data during workouts to track routes, elevation, and provide accurate training metrics. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Device information (model, operating system, unique identifiers)
  • App usage statistics and feature interactions

  • Log data and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate personalized adaptive training plans tailored to your goals and fitness level

4. Apple HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect kovaa with Apple Health:

  • We will only access health data you explicitly authorize
  • Health data is used solely to enhance your training experience and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing
  • You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device's Health app settings
  • We comply with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and do not store HealthKit data on external servers without encryption

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

5.1 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in:

  • Cloud hosting and data storage
  • training plan personalization and scheduling
  • Analytics and app performance monitoring
  • Customer support services
  • Payment processing (handled by Apple)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you of any such change.

5.4 No Advertising or Marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Anonymized data may be retained for analytics and service improvement

kovaa is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@kovaasport.com, and we will delete it.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
