Which goals are supported?+

Running plans cover 5K through marathon. Cycling, swimming, triathlon, strength, and general fitness blocks are also available.

Can I move a workout?+

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled while the surrounding week and phase remain visible.

What can Kovaa import?+

Apple Health and Strava connections are optional. They can bring completed activity data into your training history.

Is there an Apple Watch app?+

Not currently. Workouts recorded with Apple Watch can be imported through Apple Health when permission is granted.

How will Kovaa Pro work?+

Kovaa is free during beta. Future pricing and subscription terms will be shown in the App Store before purchase.
