All orders qualify for free domestic shipping via standard ground (USA only).

Expedited shipping is avaliable at an additional cost. Various options and pricing details are displayed at check out if you would like your items delivered faster.

Please note - any packages returned to kovaa as a Return to Sender due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pay relevant duties and taxes will be subject to a $10 fee to cover reshipment costs.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).  From there it usually takes 3-6 days for your items to arrive.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.  If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after placing an order please check your junk/spam folder. kovaa is not responsible for any delays caused by the post office/carrier.

We ship globally. Shipping prices are displayed at checkout.

For international orders, any applicable shipping cots and duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

We use a variety of carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Typically, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

At kovaa sport we want to make sure you look good, ride good, and feel good. 

If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase returns and exchanges will be accepted within 60 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in 'as-new' condition with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return please send an email to info@kovaasport.com with your order number.  We will provide a return label for all US orders.  Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.  Any shipping costs associated with the original purchase are not refundable. 

Please note, all sock purchases are final and not eligible for returns.

Please refer to our size guide for information on jersey sizing.  If you are inbetween sizes we recommend sizing up as our jerseys have a race fit and tend to run slightly small.

At the moment kovaa sport only offers mens cycling jerseys.

That being said, our kovaa-tek socks make a great addition to any outfit for any rider.
